Arrow was founded by Ian Pretorius, who grew up immersed in the contracting business. During his early years in the industry, Ian recognized many issues that plagued contractors and clients alike. Determined to make a positive change, he established Arrow with a mission to transform the industry.
At Arrow, we prioritize the well-being of both our clients and contractors. Ian’s experience exposed him to the distrust and dishonesty that often permeate the field. His moral convictions even led him to leave a roofing job due to ethical disagreements. This drove him to create a company that champions integrity, transparency, and reliability.
Our goal is to restore trust in the industry by highlighting and supporting the hardworking, passionate contractors who deserve recognition. While at the same time, we aim to push out the scammers and negligent individuals who tarnish the reputation of the trade.
